⭒i will also be listing my practice models for buyer to use. it will be marked as sold upon purchase.
⭒If commissioning model art, i will not accept commissions that separate the art process/rigging.
⭒if the buyer (you) have provided me a rig-ready model, the rigging price can be negotiated then.

│Commissioning

upon a successful commission, you permit me to (unless stated otherwise):

  • Upload as a sample on public domains for my portfolio (with watermark)

  • Work on your commission while streaming

  • Use your commission for personal studies

│Model Usage

  • Commercial use unless approved upon commission

  • Please do not repost or redistribute

  • Reselling of the model is allowed. However, profiting off (being sold higher than the original) the selling of the model is not allowed.

  • Please credit if used on a public platform

  • In any way you want - eg. streaming, game sprites, etc.

  • The art can be referenced for self use or learning purposes only.

  • When tagging me in YOUR BIO, please do not break the link (eg. do not use "@/acchaniki")

  • "M" or "Ma" if I'm the artist

  • "P" or "Pa" if I'm the rigger

  • "MP" or "MaPa" if I'm both

  • If unclear on whether your model can be rigged by me, you can message me (on twitter, or carousell- if you found me there) the specifics of the model.

  • If you are still unsure, you can send me your PSD or character design (if applicable). Rest assured I will not use your PSD unless I am commissioned by you.

│Work Process

  5. Rigging confirmation

  6. Received!

  1. If the price is too high, you may ask to delay the payment/pay in parts. However, you will not receive the work if the payment is not completed.

  2. Any further changes after confirming the model will incur additional charges, with exception to artist mistakes (eg. a missing accessory, unrigged commissioned parts)

  3. Canceling your commission will not refund the initial deposit

Terms & Conditions

Communication

  • To avoid miscommunication, please provide a form of contact between all 3 sides (client + artist + rigger) if applicable.

  • All sides must update each other if they are busy with other things (eg. work, family, health, school, etc).

  • All sides must regularly update each other on your model.

  • In the case I have not updated after 2 weeks, please message me for an update.

Art Style & Changes

  • The art and rig style will be left to my discretion.

  • Any changes due to my mistakes (eg. color palette/design/unrigged commissioned parts) will be free.

  • Any overall changes past the confirmation stage in the design/rig will be charged at $5 per change.

Use of AI Art

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI/ML Learning.

  • I will not accept ready-to-rig models made by AI.

  • If using avatar-creating websites (eg. Picrew), ensure that you have the permission of the creator.

My Rights

  • I have the rights to accept/reject your commission, and adjust the price depending on the complexity of the request.

  • The price may increase after the quoted price due to this.

Refunding

  • A full refund is only possible BEFORE I start the commission

  • The deposit will not be refunded once I have begun on the commission.

  • If I am unable to complete your commission, you will be given a full refund.

Deadlines

  • Please mention your deadline (if applicable) upon commission.

  • If I am unable to complete your commission 1-2 weeks before YOUR deadline, I will refund the UNDONE service.

  • Eg. If I have completed the art, but not the rig, you will receive the art, as well as the refund for the rigging. You will not receive a model file.

  • In the case that happens with rig-only, I will request an extension of the deadline.

  • A refund will not be given, unless I have delayed the deadline beyond the client's willingness to extend. In this case, you will not receive the model file unless negotiated otherwise.

FAQ

Q: I want an outfit change after the commission is complete. Does the price change?

  • Outfit change given upon commission: I will quote the price then, depending the complexity of the new design

  • Outfit change delayed to a later date: It will cost less as long as the new commission is after ≤ 30 days.

  • Outfit change was not intended upon commission: It will be treated as a new commission

Q: I noticed a mistake on the commission after ≤ 30 days, will getting a fix cost money?

Nope! It's free of charge! If it has been over 30 days since the final payment, further changes will apply fees.

Q: What is the size of the model?

Most of my models are (4206 x 5900)px by default. If you want a specific size, feel free to mention!
The smaller the canvas, the easier the load it would be on your device. But the resolution will be worse.

Q: Can I get a discount?

If you're looking for discounts, you might want to follow my socials to keep yourself updated! I do seasonal discounts, namely:

Referral discount (Referring someone when the discount period is inactive will, of course, not have the discount applied.)

Q: I don't have the money right now, can I arrange for a payment plan?

Yes, but you will not receive the files until the payment is complete.

Q: Do you do art trades/collabs?

  • Art trades: Only between mutuals

  • Collabs: Depends.
